Responsibilities:
* Ad hoc assignments as necessary.
* To monitor billing to selected customers, including to summarize all related actual cost, ensure the completeness &filing of related supporting documents, compare with budget & provide explanations on variance.
* To prepare financial analysis (closely working with the operations team) & provide reports to both operations & finance.
* Prepare monthly management reports (including project cash flow monitoring, aging analysis, profitability analysis, job costing analysis by site, etc).
* Involvement in month end closing under tight deadlines.
* To assist in the preparation of potential capital expenditure proposals using DCF techniques.

Requirements:
