* More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent position

PAYROLL STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* HANDLING MEDICAL ADM. (ON TIME & ACCURATE)
* HANDLING HEALTH INSURANCE ADM.
* DISTRIBUTION & ADM. CARD JAMSOSTEK & HEALTH INSURANCE
* DISTRIBUTE OF PAYROLL SLIP
* HANDLING REPORT EMPLOYEE ALL CENTRE
* HANDLING SALARY (ON TIME & ACCURATE)
* CALCULATION & REPORTING EMPLOYEE TAX INCOME
* PROVIDE VOUCHER FOR TRAVELLING, SALARY, PETTY CASH
* PRINT REPORT SALARY & BONUSES
* HANDLING PETTY CASH
* CONDUCT OTHER PERSONELL ADMINISTRATION

Skills :
* Good communication; written & verbal
* Familiar With FOXPRO
* Hands on MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook
* Familiar with using data base management

Knowledge:
* The RI Act & Government Regulations of Employees’ Social Security (Jamsostek)
* The RI Act & Government Regulations of Employees’ Income Tax
* HR Management, especially compensation & benefits
