Assistant Marketing Manager
(Consumer Marketing)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Draw up a strategic PR plan for the brand.
* Execute one-on-one interviews with the media target.
* Invite media for event coverage, press conference or media gathering.
* Press releases write-up.
* Media monitoring.
* Liaise with advertising agency for advertisement placement.
* Brief advertising agency on the advertisement content.
* Come up with a strategic media plan within the budget given.
* Monitor and manage ATL budget and expenses.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree (prefer overseas graduate)
* Education S1 in Management / Marketing / Mass Communication / Advertising / Public Relation
* At least 3 years within the same expertise
* Excellent communication in English (both speaking & writing).
* Having good knowledge in media relation, PR strategy and good relationship with media.
* Expose to advertising placements.
* Creative and outgoing personality.
* Good copywriter (both in English & Bahasa)
* A good team player
* Adaptive and quick learner
* Able to work under pressure and relatively long hours
* Good knowledge on online marketing would be a plus point


Assistant Marketing Manager
(Channel Marketing)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Event planning and execution with the channels (hospitals & clinics) in key cities.
* Strategic partnership with key hospitals for sponsorship and joint promotion.
* Build up and maintain relationship with doctors and nurses.
* Ensuring brand visibility within the channels (hospitals & clinics).
* Coordinating the making of marketing collaterals and content with agency.
* Do a regular field visits to channels for brand visibility audit.
* Analyze the business needs and challenges in the channels.
* Monitoring and manage BTL budget and expenses.

Requirements:
* Education S1 in Management / Marketing / Management / Pharmaceutical
* Have experience min. 3 years as Trade Marketing in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
* Excellent communication in English (both speaking & writing)
* Good networking and relationship with hospitals, doctors and nurses
* Familiar with partnerships and business relation with hospitals and companies
* Good interpersonal skill
* Good leadership and initiative
* Able to work well both independently and as a team
* Adaptive and quick learner
* Able to work under pressure and relatively long hours
* Experience in event coordination will be a plus point
* Critical thinking
