Requirements:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Min. 3 years of experience in the same position
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian Labour Act (UU No. 13 Th. 2003)
- Hands on experience in all aspects of employee administrations, payroll/compensation & benefits administration, develop staff records and administration
- Excellent command in ms.office
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Self-starter, detail oriented, good interpersonal & communication skills
