We are looking for Account Manager

Position Summary
* The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with existing and strategically important customers
* The Account Manager responsible for Achieving Sales Revenue and Profit Target, and represents the entire range of company products and services, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customer’s needs and expectations are met by the company.

Major Responsibilities
1. Meets assigned Targets for Profitable Sales Volume and Strategic Objectives in assigned accounts.
2. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. responsibilities include weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast accuracy, pipeline development and customer satisfaction
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
3. Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
4. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
5. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
6. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including Support, Services and Admin or Management Resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.
7. Coordinate to manage between product and service solutions mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
8. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
9. Covering product solutions for PABX, Call Center and IP Telephony of Avaya product solutions and NICE recording solutions.
10. Establishes and maintain customer and prospect contact activities database tools and systems, and update relevant information into the systems.
11. Present campaign result and strategy at Senior Management Level at Internal and External, whilst considering the variety of knowledge levels within the audience.

Education
* College Degree from a reputable University, preferably majoring in Electro / Information System / Computer Science

Experience
* Min 1-3 years with the same position in IT industry, preferably in FSI / Telco / Public Sector area

Skills
* IP Telephony solutions
* PABX solutions
* Voice Recording solutions
* Data Switching solutions

Personal Traits
* Able to work under pressure and a team player with high creativity and initiative
* Positive attitude, hard working, winning with integrity personality
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Writing and conversation in English
