Responsibilities:
* Handling all correspondence and organising contacts between the sales executives and their customers
* Maintaining customer records; records of visits and sales; records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
* Taking, progressing and monitoring orders
* Processing invoices and accounts
* Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
Requirements:
* Female, 24 – 27 years old
* Minimum Diploma from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 from scale 4.00
* Having experience with shipping/import documents would be an advantage
* Proficient PC Skills, esp. Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
* Good personality, communication and strong interpersonal skill
Business & Project Development Officer

Responsibilities:
* Prepare, Conduct and Execute the business plan and blueprint of business layout (Gantt Chart)
* Forecasting sales target and review sales achievement (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
* Market analysis, Marketing Strategies and preparation of Sales Activity & Programme
* Development activities of sales channel, sub-contractor, suppliers and other 3rd parties
* Responsible towards the business operations and development
Requirements:
* Male / Female, 25 - 35 years old
* Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university (Majoring in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management)
* Minimum 3 years experience in Sales / Marketing or Business Development / Project Management (Pharmacy and / or FMCG Industry will be an advantage)
* Good analytical thinking, report, correspondence, presentation and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in English (must), proficiency in Japanese language will be an advantage
